Deborah Jenkins is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). She is responsible for oversight of the State’s affordable housing programs, including housing financed with conventional and government loans, private activity bonds, and 9% and 4% tax credits.

Daylen Huff is very active in the Carl Albert Middle School Titan lifestyle as he currently maintains a 3.10 GPA, participates in KEY club, the student led community service organization, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), National Junior Honor Society and was nominated by his peers as a “CA Stud,” a male student that represents the core characteristics of Carl Albert Middle School.

Dr. Angie Christopher is a local attorney that has best landed her talents in the field of HR leadership where she has served the last 17 years with various public and private sector company including 180 Medical, where she leads the entire Human Resources team for the US Home Distribution Group. She also serves as the managing partner for AR Christopher Consultants providing legal and employment assistance to small not-for-profit agencies.
Deputy Anthony Daniel Jackson Jr.
VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Anthony Daniel Jackson Jr. was born in Bremerton Washington to Anthony and Deborah Jackson Sr. Dept. Jackson has been with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office since 2006. He loves serving at the Back to School Bash each year with the Urban League as a way of showing his commitment to the OKC community.
Becky Rickard

Becky Rickard is the manager of community affairs and archives for the Oklahoma City-based national headquarters of SONIC®, America’s Drive In®. Named to her current position in 2010, Rickard is responsible for developing, leading and executing community affairs strategies designed to further SONIC’s reputation as a corporate citizen. She also serves as the SONIC historian and ensures that the history of SONIC is preserved, literally and figuratively.
